What can we say? The folks at Tyre Trak are HONEST, try finding that just about anywhere these days. We have had two Jeeps, a Volvo and a Buick serviced by Tim et al and we would not go anywhere else. Occasionally, something can not be fixed without the "computer stuff" at the dealer yet Tim is up-front about repairs only the dealer can make.

They treat everyone with respect, do not make unnecessary repairs and stand behind their work 100%. We drive back and forth to DC on a regular basis with our child in the car and I would not trust our vehicles to anyone else. We refer folks to Tim all the time and have heard nothing but stellar reviews.

“I’ve been dealing with Tyre Trak for more than ten years. My vehicle is my livelihood and the numbers speak for themselves.

The first vehicle I brought to them was a GMC Safari van. It had about 40,000 miles on it and I reluctantly agreed with Tim when he suggested I retire it at 375,000 miles. They did everything from oil changes to numerous sets of tires, brakes, exhaust . . .you name it, they did it, and kept me on the road. And they did it right the first time, every time!

And if you think that was a fluke . . .I  bought another Safari van, this time with about 20,000 miles on it, and they took care of that one too . . . and it lasted to 415,000 miles.

Since 1991-that's 16 years! Tyre Trak has been servicing my cars and handling their annual Mass. inspections. My current Buick Century has 110,000 miles on it without major repairs and still driving smoothly.

Along with maintenance appointments, Tyre Trak has come to my rescue promptly, such as when, years ago, my battery went dead. Or just last winter, as I was to depart on a trip and I found my left windshield wiper bent backward and frozen in ice. It was repositioned for me on the spot!

I have complete trust in the automotive expertise and attentiveness to their job of Tyre Trak's mechanics, and in the maintenance advice of owner Tim Andrew. I depend on the business and personal honesty of Tim and his son Harley, who have always so willingly accommodated to my regular auto maintenance and emergency needs.
